The Opportunity
Reporting to the Facility Manager, your role will involve leading a team of Lifestyle Assistants to ensure that Aged Care residents are given every opportunity to enjoy life. In this rewarding role, you will not only ensure that programs are implemented in a coordinated manner but you will bring a positive energy to the role that is infectious throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and implementation of evidence-based group and individualised programs to enhance residents overall wellbeing
Assessment, review and ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of lifestyle programs to ensure they are meeting residents individual needs
Engagement with residents, their families, carers and other support personnel to develop strong and meaningful relationships
Contribution to a strong community through maintaining high levels of emotional support and positivity.
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure OR similar qualification OR industry experience
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Working with Children Check (VIC)
Full Australian working rights
Willingness to obtain yearly flu vaccination (provided)
