Feros Care is excited to be hiring for a Lifestyle Coordinator to support their Aged Care Residential Facility based in Kingscliff (Wommin Bay) Northern NSW.
About the Role:
The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for the positive living and lifestyle programs within the Feros Care Residential Aged Care Facility, driven by our Byron Model of Care. The programs are designed to celebrate the diversity and individuality of our residents, and to empower and enhance residents emotional, social and psychological well-being.

As the Lifestyle Coordinator you will:
Work collaboratively with residents to gather and maintain an in depth understanding of their unique and diverse needs
Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence based, person centred programs to promote healthy ageing and wellness
Develop individual and group programs for residents, appropriate to their needs and areas of interest
Ensure all programs align to the expected standards aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and include provision of virtual or multimodal options when required or appropriate
About You:
Certificate IV or greater in Leisure and Health or other relevant discipline
Intermediate skills in the use of a range of technology based applications and platforms such as resident clinical management systems, videoconferencing technology, web based applications
Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements
Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Care environment is preferred
