About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced Aged Care Workers to join our Social Connection Programs, supporting the elderly to live better. Due to growth, we are now hiring a pool of casual staff to cover off leave across our Eastern Sites. You provide us with your days of availability, if you are needed we will call you and book you in. You must be available on the days you provide, and be able to pick up work at short notice.
We are looking for experienced aged care professionals with a great attitude, caring nature, that are team players. You will need to have experience in either Social Support or previous Planned Activity Group work, where you can take initiative, direction and be creative in adding and growing the day programs, giving the clients the best social outcome.

What you need to Apply
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of social activity programs in a way that supports client independence, via centre based, virtual and 1:1 methods - this can be in a residential or home environment
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Understanding of client confidentiality and information privacy
- Experience in quality systems and risk management in the Aged Care or Health Sectors
- Experience in Aged Care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
You MUST have or be willing to get:
- A satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check (PRC) is required prior to commencement
- Working with Children Check (employee)
- Current and valid Drivers License (must have)
- COVID Vaccines (must have)
- A requirement to have an annual Flu vaccination
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Leisure and Lifestyle (must have)
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
