The Role
We are seeking a talented lawyer to join the McCullough Robertson Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. Working closely with our highly experienced team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of significant and complex dispute matters across a range of industries. You will regularly be exposed to corporate disputes, contractual disputes, breaches of competition and consumer protection legislation and tax disputes.
Experience
The successful candidate will be a lawyer with ideally 1-3 years PAE with relevant experience in a respected corporate and commercial litigation team, preferably gained in another mid/large sized law firm. You will have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the Litigation and Disputes area and will work well both autonomously as well as in a team. This role also provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in a close knit, well regarded team, with ongoing development opportunities and exposure to great client work.
