- Minimum of 3 years Litigation Legal secretarial experience is essential
- Salary to 93k package
As a Legal Secretary, you will be working for the Partner of the Litigation Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Client liaison
- Diary and email management
- Monthly billings
- Creating, editing and managing documents (including doc compare and track changes)
- Entering time records into Aderant
- Arranging travel bookings
- Preparation of court documents and briefs to counsel
- General administrative duties
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 year's previous legal litigation secretarial experience. In addition, you will have exceptional communication skills, strong time management and organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy workload, and excellent IT skills including experience with legal precedent packages.
