We have an excellent role based in Gladstone for a Load-out Coordinator as an integral part of our Central Support Group team. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant lead-out of all equipment to site and managing equipment verification.The Role Coordinate yard layout and structure in preparation for equipment mobilizing to site. Logistics – coordinate transport and deliveries, together with preparing goods for shipping. Ensure communication with project leads in relation to site readiness Manage outgoing and incoming equipment. Ensure all plant, equipment, instrumentation is tagged and certified ready for use. Assuring accurate inventory balance is maintained. Ability to manage priorities and multi tasks. The Candidate In order to be successful in this role you will have an exposure and operating understanding of certification process for various plant and equipment. A logistics / stores background with proven track record in planning for site mobilisation and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
