The Company
Our client is a highly respected and well-known mortgage broker who are looking to add an experienced loan administrator to the team. The role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your experience in the mortgage space in a broad and engaging role.
The Role
As the Loan Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
Work closely with mortgage brokers to ensure that loan applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Gather all necessary documentation from clients and ensure that it is complete and accurate.
Enter client data into the company's loan management system and ensure that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
Follow up with clients and lenders as needed to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently.
Liaise with other professionals involved in the loan application process, including solicitors, valuers, and banks.
Review loan documentation and ensure that it complies with all relevant legislation and company policies.
Your Profile
Experience in loan administration or a similar role within the finance industry.
Ability to read, understand and breakdown financials of self-employed applicants and PAYG applicants
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using loan management systems
