Our client is a highly respected and well-known mortgage broker who are looking to add an experienced loan administrator to the team. The role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your experience in the mortgage space in a broad and engaging role.
The Role
As the Loan Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with mortgage brokers to ensure that loan applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Gather all necessary documentation from clients and ensure that it is complete and accurate.
- Enter client data into the company's loan management system and ensure that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with clients and lenders as needed to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently.
- Liaise with other professionals involved in the loan application process, including solicitors, valuers, and banks.
- Review loan documentation and ensure that it complies with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Experience in loan administration or a similar role within the finance industry.
- Ability to read, understand and breakdown financials of self-employed applicants and PAYG applicants
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using loan management systems
