Job description

Ausloans Finance Strathalbyn is seeking a new Loan Processor to join our team starting in early February.

The role involves compiling, reviewing, and evaluating asset and personal finance applications, ensuring compatibility with our specified lender options. Responsibilities also include verifying and recording information, inputting data into lender portals, and collaborating with lenders, clients, and the team to manage applications from submission readiness to approval. The successful candidate will contribute to streamlining processes, providing essential support to the manager and the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the team with client enquiries and building strong client relationships

- Supporting Brokers in preparing loan proposals and applications

- Assisting Brokers with upfront and ongoing client relationships

- Data entry and record management tasks

- Liaising with external stakeholders, following up, and managing client applications

- Performing administrative tasks and general office upkeep

- Collaborating with internal staff across our Strathalbyn and Offshore offices

- Expanding knowledge of various lending policies and procedures to enhance processes and client experiences.

This full-time role is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, based in Strathalbyn, SA.
