Rail Asset Health - Locomotive Evaluator

We are looking for an experienced Rail Asset Health - Locomotive Evaluator to join our 24/7 Asset Health team based at the OC. This role supports our sites with the remote monitoring and diagnosis of faults to arrange response and recovery of rolling stock faults across the rail network.
This role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will:
- Monitor rolling stock equipment for health trends and faults
- Liaise with site personnel and all stakeholders, providing timely escalation and response
- Create notification using various systems and software
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Rollingstock fault logging and data entry experience
- Previous experience in either of these roles : Electrical Fitter, Mechanical Fitter and Heavy Diesel Fitter
- Relevant electrical, mechanical trade certificate and/or previous Rail or Locomotive experience
- An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills, sound communication and computer skills
- A strong safety focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Comfortable learning new software applications
- Attention to detail
