- The role will also include Hospital in the Home duties, any experience in this would be preferable. The purpose of this role is to provide quality medical services including inpatient and outpatient care and management of acute medical admissions and the Admission, Discharge and Transit Ward (ADTW) to assist with hospital avoidance and Hospital In The Home (HITH) for subacute care
- Monday 20 From March 2023 (0730) until Friday 28 April 2023 (1600) . Roster is Monday to Friday 0730-1600 with on call required
