Role
This role will suit a locum Pharmacist looking to utilise and expand their Hospital experience. The dates required for this role are ASAP for up to 3 months. (possibility of extension)
You will be providing an extensive range of Pharmacy services to Inpatients and Outpatients in the hospital. Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supply of pharmaceuticals/ medications
- Clinical pharmacy services
- Liaise with other medical staff, patients and family
- Documentation including patient care plans and progress reports

To be considered for this role, please ensure that you have up to date AHPRA registration and eligibility to work and live in Australia.
Previous hospital experience is essential and knowledge of E-med will be desirable.
