AddressAn Australian exhibition and logistics company they specialise in freight forwarding, storage and on-site logistics, consulting and project management for the event and exhibition sector. Due to continued growth they have a requirement for a Logistics Coordinator with exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivery on all quotes/jobs/shows as well as manage budget expectations for allocated events.
- Booking and tracking jobs to ensure on time delivery;
- Ensure excellent customer service is executed by providing prompt and correct information regarding pricing, inventory, delivery status and all logistics related enquires;
- Generate quotes for exhibitors, invoicing and following up quotes & payments;
- Assist with answering phones and attend to phone enquires with potential customers and existing clients;
- Planning and organising logistics for different events including creation of manifests; bookings and confirmation with different transport/logistics services suppliers; producing labels and following schedules for pickups and deliveries.
- Working onsite to service exhibitors and customers at events and exhibitions when required.
This position offers plenty of variety in a friendly dynamic team. It also offers the opportunity to learn a broad range of logistics skills.
