Additional information:
• These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, where the spread of hours will be between 6am to 10pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-full day Welcome induction.

About this work area
As a Logistics Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Click & Collect orders.
• Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
• Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy and prepare orders for in-store collection or home delivery.
• Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
• Working cross-functionally within other areas of the business. This role offers opportunities for multi-skilling in different departments such as Sales.
As a Logistics Co-worker you are and/or have:
• A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently.
• An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to remain calm when faced with challenging situations.
