The Role
In this pivotal role, you will be the link between Lion, our 3PL distribution partners and our customers –
Manage our 3PL day to day to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
Deliver the highest level of service to our customers, help deliver our customer promise and gather feedback
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in how we partner on our distribution processes
Support and deliver on strategic projects
Partner closely with our sales teams and suppliers
About You
Operational or logistics experience
Pro-actively drive continuous improvement
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple dynamic variables
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers
