Woods & Co Recruitment are inviting applications for a Logistics Coordinator to join this iconic FMCG importing business. They are looking for their next administration gun to help facilitate the ordering and logistics from Italy & other parts of Europe to Australia.
This is an incredible opportunity to play apart within this 3rd generation, Australian-owned family business. The right candidate will have resilience, is fluent in Italian and a great eye for detail!

The Role?
Liaise with several suppliers and logistics companies overseas
Maintaining, databases of Products and suppliers
Processing & checking payment of invoices (in Italian and English)
Checking and placing purchase orders with overseas suppliers
Scanning for digital archive & document filing
Data & Spreadsheet updating
Registering and requesting documents from overseas
What do you need?
Must be fluent in Italian
Experience in importing procedures preferred but not necessary
Ability to multitask & work autonomously
Strong Data Entry Skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Efficient on computers (Microsoft suite)
