AddressAn excellent opportunity now exists for a Logistics & Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team at Industrial Food Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuji Oil Asia.
About the Role
Based in our Bayswater North Office and Warehouse, you would be an integral part of our Supply Chain team.
- Coordination of goods dispatch with customer service team & warehouse team
- Receiving of goods and ensuring they are stored correctly.
- Work closely with warehouse manager to coordinate inbound materials from suppliers and 3PLs
- Coordinate with customers and transport providers on JIT Bulk Liquid deliveries
- Ensuring the warehouse is maintained at an appropriate level
- Support Customer Service team with reporting for top customers open orders
- Pick and pack goods for dispatch if required
About You
- 3-5 years experience in a logistics role and have a strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Experience working in manufacturing would be advantageous
- Proven interaction with transport companies and suppliers and inhouse stakeholders.
- Computer-savvy with working with ERP software
- Strong attention to detail
- Teamwork mindset
- Forklift (LH) licence would be advantageous however we will provide for the right candidate
