Logistics Officer

Due to continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Based in Henderson, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating transportation of goods for our metro operations.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

• Coordinate the transportation of goods between suppliers and sites;
• Liaising with project staff to facilitate their goods requirements;
• Advising external stakeholders of delivery specifications and/or restrictions;
• Monitor purchase order delivery dates and prepare accordingly; and
• Ensuring transport permits are procured and regulations adhered to.

Ideally you will have:

• Demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
• Possess strong skills and abilities in communication, customer service, and efficient problem solving.
