Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager, the Team Leader is an integral part within the Logistics team, ensuring operational and seamless optimisation of stock flow into the store. You will coach and guide your team with safe and efficient logistics, replenishment and online fulfilment practices. Furthermore, you will develop and engage with your dedicated team, share retail knowledge and lead by example with exceptional customer skills, strong organisation and ability to multi-tasks.
To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekdays, weekends and peak trading times.
Your Background:
- Supervisory and/or people leadership experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience in dock-to-floor logistics, replenishment procedures and exposure to online order fulfilment
- Strong commitment to undertaking and promoting safe work practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
