Mail Sorting Officer

The Job:

• Working Sunday, Monday, Wednesday to Friday rostered between 10:00am - 10:21pm, 18.50hrs per week, (shifts will vary between these times)
• Manually sorting letter and parcels
• Meeting all conduct, diligence and efficiency requirements
• Fit and able to lift up to 16kg on a repetitive basis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Flexibility to stay until the job has been completed when required and a genuine desire to help fellow team members
• Friendly, courteous and of neat appearance
• Possess sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Good learning, memory recall and hand / eye coordination abilities
• Demonstrate a commitment to Occupational Health and Safety standards of Australia Post
• Must be reliable
• Be able to demonstrate high work standards.
