Form of workWe are currently seeking a Food Industry Maintenance Fitter for an excellent opportunity in North Melbourne. The position is available for an immediate start and being offered on a permanent full-time basis on Day shift with overtime on a regular basis available.
This role is with a growing company within the food industry, they are fortunate enough to have contracts with Melbourne's leading supermarket chains, their growth is significant with installation of new equipment. - Food industry experience an advantage
- Solid troubleshooting/problem solving capabilities
- Ability to think on your feet to meet production demands
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Some basic fabrication/welding, TIG an advantage
- Previous MEX cmms system an advantage
- Trade qualified Fitter with a Cert III or Cert IV qualification
This position is 38 hours per week plus overtime available on a regular basis. Uniform, free car parking, discounted food products are just some of the benefits available.
