Family Farms has been producing onions and potatoes for over 50years. The company has grown significantly over the last 50 yearsand has expanded its operations nationally. The company now hasmultiple Maintenance opportunities including, Diesel Mechanics,Maintenance Fitters and Trade Assistants in the Waikerieregion.
The roles offer permanent employment working on a wide range ofagricultural machinery and heavy and light vehicles. Reporting tothe Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety oftasks including the repair and maintenance of an extensive range offarming equipment, machinery and vehicles.

Responsibilities include:
* Performing service, repairs & maintenance of all machinery,equipment and vehicles both in the workshop and farm
* Manage & maintain service records for machinery and vehicles
* Repair and maintain hydraulic systems
* General assembly, repairs, and maintenance of agriculturalmachinery and farm equipment
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Scheduled maintenance

To be successful in the role you will have;
* Trade qualifications as a Light or Heavy Vehicle, Agricultural orPlant Mechanic (LV or Diesel Mechanic, Cert III), Mechanical Fitteror relevant disciplines,
* Self-motivated, highly organized with attention to detail andability to work independently and part of a team
* Good computer skills
* Current Driver's license
* Good communication skills
* Sound knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
Desirable:
* Agricultural machinery servicing experience (John Deere, highlyadvantageous)
* Knowledge of hydraulic & auto electrical systems
* Forklift licence

This is a full-time position with salary $80,000- $110,000 +superannuation.
