Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Manager to work with one of Assetlink's significant clients. You will supervise the operations of the maintenance team as well as deliver a high level of presentation and maintenance standards. The successful applicant will have proven experience in managing the general maintenance of a large Shopping Centre, Commercial Building or similar large public venue.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high levels of maintenance standards are met and exceed contract requirements.
- Managing a small team of maintenance personnel and work together with the Facilities Manager and integrated services team.
- Providing relevant training to staff on site.
- Ensuring WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintaining compliance standards and quality systems.
To be considered for the position you must have the following:
- A Trade Qualification and hands on experience. EWP Ticket is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience leading and motivating a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a naturally positive attitude.
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to give direction and instruction to people.
