Work collaboratively with a Maintenance Coordinator & Construction Manager.

This construction business are a specialist in their field, specialising in both single, double stories and unit developments. They are known for their expertise in the residential market, making thousands of homeowners dreams a reality!
Reporting into the Construction Manager, the role will ensure that all warranty claims are addressed which will include undertaking building inspections and investigations in building construction activities (post handover). You will liaise with clients and provide technical advice and solutions while overseeing trades ensuring works are completed to a acceptable quality and service level.
To be considered you will:
Hold relevant trade qualification.
Proven maintenance experience within the residential construction industry.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills including the ability to develop key relationships.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office & Click homes desirable).
Current C Class Drivers License.
You will be aligning yourself with one of Perth’s top building companies who are a privately owned business. The role is working with some very established and experienced team members and they are looking for someone that they can develop long term within the company.
