Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Ensure all personnel are competent and our equipment is safe- compliant to local standards.
Execute the weekly maintenance planning routine including: tasks prioritisation- maintenance shutdowns scheduling in collaboration with production and work orders execution results review.
Implement and coordinate with maintenance team review- creation and optimisation of maintenance plans in AMM to improve the quality and effectiveness of maintenance planning system.
Coordinate 3rd party maintenance service providers to ensure high quality of service.
Ensures the engineering maintenance team operates as part of a multi-functional site team with clear and open communication to the Engineering Team and our stakeholders through meeting routines and Tool Box talks.
About you:
A creative thinker who has a focus on solving unique problems.
Has worked 3+ years within engineering (maintenance- industrial- services- E&A) in a manufacturing environment.
Has worked 5+ years in a technical field- preferably as a Project Engineer- Industrial Services- Mechanical/Electrical Engineer- or equivalent positions.
Has 2+ years Personnel Supervisory experience of contractors or other 3rd parties.
Has in depth knowledge of Mainpac/CMMS system.
Has TPM-PM or LEAN knowledge.
