The Maintenance Planner Facilities is responsible for the planning, scheduling, safe and compliant execution of all site service, maintenance and compliance activities required at our MILVEHCOE facility & other national sites.
This is a critical role in the facilities team that will play a major part in the development of our future maintenance and asset management processes on a greenfield site. This role will lead the development and implementation of a new SAP based CMMS from scratch. The MILVEHCOE in Brisbane is RDA's Australian headquarters and center for Manufacturing , this role will report directly to the Director of Facilities.
As Maintenance Planner - Facilities, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Lead the site maintenance planning function including all required reporting;
- Manage all mechanical, electrical and general maintenance activities on the MILVEHCOE site including contractor management & support the other national sites.
- Development and ongoing administration of our CMMS including all mechanical, electrical and general statutory and preventative maintenance procedures & schedules;
- Manage the mechanical/electrical safety of all onsite maintenance work encompassing employees, contractors, assets and systems including all Isolation, Safe Access passive and active systems;
- Support the development of and be accountable for the ongoing compliance of all mechanical/electrical maintenance isolation and safe work procedures and practices;
- Proactively drive preventative maintenance & continuous improvement activities;
- Ensure all standards are met & drawings are managed and kept current;
- Support facility upgrades requiring mechanical, electrical & general service planning;
- Ensure compliance of site and equipment to relevant statutory & regulatory requirements;
- Support the development and ongoing management of the facilities maintenance and services budgets;
- Ensure all incidents, hazards and HSE concerns are reported in accordance with RDA HSE Management Systems; and
- Ensure all work is in accordance with RDA Quality Management System requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
