The Role
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Maintenance Planner to join our busy and progressive team in the Eastern Suburbs.
Reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Manager, this integral role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance work and reporting and analysis of asset data captured in PFM's Maximo asset management system.
Graduate engineers and business analysts are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Validates and prioritizes planning, scheduling and follows up on accuracy of job plans for all planned work
- Develops and presents detailed asset reporting
- Analyses performance data and develops maintenance strategies where applicable
- Ensures appropriate financial controls are in place with relevant FM contracts
- Monitors performance against agreed service levels
- Identifies hazards in the workplace and implement corrective action.
- Carries out periodic work site reviews, demonstrating and leading Programmed's zero harm approach towards all related workplace tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management sector
- Ideally hold tertiary qualifications or recognised asset management skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suite.
- Experience with either Maximo, SAP or Pronto
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong focus on safety in the work place
