The Position:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based at our Tongala Memorial home in Tongala Vic.
The position is responsible to oversee, coordinate, monitor and evaluate an efficient and effective preventative and corrective maintenance program for buildings, equipment and grounds at the facility.
Requirements
What you can bring to the role:
Experience in maintenance and grounds management.
Knowledge or experience in establishing and coordinating a maintenance program.
A genuine interest for working in aged care.
An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
Well-developed customer service skills.
A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
A relevant trade background would be highly regarded but not essential.
