Role Description
We are seeking an experienced property management representative to assist in managing our Maintenance Workflow system. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing work from home opportunities once you are fully trained and embedded within the Advantage Plus system. The assistant coordinator will be responsible for managing the Maintenance Workflow of properties under our management, communicating with owners and contractors, scheduling and coordinating repairs, and maintaining accurate records in our maintenance management system. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. Most importantly they will have a customer centric attitude with exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
The successful applicant will require strong computer and administration skills with the ability to upskill for particular real estate-related software products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry and/or a trade-related industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes is an advantage
- Preferred knowledge of PropertyMe and Inspection Express.
