Reporting to General Manager, your main duties will include:
- Day-to-day liaising with the venue sales and management team
- Quoting event prices, according to client briefs
- Generating new business
- Maintaining and nurturing high-end client relationships
- Sales processing, proposal writing, and tender submissions
- Venue inspections
- 5 + years in Event Venue Management
- 2 years experience in Audio Visuals/Equipment is desired
- CAD drawing skills
- Excellent personal presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
