Asia-Pacific MSGC – a standalone and specialized Area cross-service line team that is 100% dedicated to growing our Managed Services business. The MSGC will provide a vehicle through which EY Asia-Pacific can achieve our Managed Services aspirations

The opportunity
As the Oceania Managed Services Account Manager (AM), you will ensure that EY executes sales opportunities and drive innovation across the Federal Government Managed Services account Portfolio within the Oceania Region, located in Australia.
Your key responsibilities
Account Management
Support Managed Services strategy working with account leadership to execute Managed Services plan across a portfolio of Federal Government accounts.
Prepare and facilitate Managed Services account meetings
Responsible for follow-up on Managed Services actions by tracking progress against deadlines and driving activity
Understand both the clients business agenda and EY services to enable leveraging EY’s Managed Services network
Act as a project manager for specific Managed Services account activity
Proactively links with account team members to drive account initiative
Sales and Program Management
Manage select client relationships e.g., procurement
Own and manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) process for Managed Services
Drive the Managed Services Federal Government pipeline process
Coordinate the Managed Services pursuit processes for opportunities, working closely with key partners
Coordinate win/loss debriefs.
Skills and attributes for success
Deep knowledge of Managed Services and pursuit processes and tools
The influencing skills to successfully collaborate with senior client and EY stakeholders
Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment
The ability to effectively forecast, review projection of performance and targets
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s Degree with an advanced degree preferred
Ideally, you’ll also have
7-10 years of account and pursuit management or similar relevant experience, ideally gained within a global multinational company
Experience in a managed services environment
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and resources in matrixed internal environment.
Experience with sales and structuring managed services deals
Knowledge and understanding of outsourcing and offshoring operating and cost/pricing models for managed services
