Role Summary:
The Manager Brand and Marketing is a newly created opportunity in our Brand, Marketing and Communications team based at our Perth CBD office.
The Manager, Brand and Marketing is accountable for the development and execution of Synergy’s brand strategy to support customers, enhance market position and build market influence.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead the Brand and Marketing team to drive performance and engagement, developing both individual’s and the wider team capability to mature Synergy’s marketing competencies.
Work closely with Brand, Marketing and Communication team leads to drive collaboration and consistency with internal and external messaging (‘one voice’).
Evolve and execute Synergy’s brand strategy to support the delivery of corporate strategy ambitions.
Maintain a strong brand presence through always-on, multi-channel campaigns and targeted content to engage all customer segments.
Develop effective marketing campaigns.to drive market position and influence.
What you’ll bring:
Degree level qualifications in communications, media, public relations, marketing, or related discipline
Experience in brand strategy, management and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
Minimum of ten years’ experience in the design and delivery of brand and marketing strategy
