With over 40 years of experience in the Victorian market, we have an outstanding role for an experienced Manager to take the next step in their career in our Geelong office.
Working within a talented and supportive leadership structure, this role is an opportunity for you to take ownership of the team’s workflow and development, working closely with Directors and senior team members to build your own client base and further develop your leadership skills.
In this service driven role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs
Working directly with clients to provide consulting advice and reporting
Scoping and managing budgets to optimise productivity for your team
This team is high performing and derives its success and high productivity through a combination of fun, inclusively, trust and hard work. The leadership team you are joining of two Directors and a Manager will be integral to your success and will support you to deliver work across a complex and diverse client base.
Our ideal new team member has:
Tertiary qualification and post graduate certification
Significant experience in tax and accounting with strong leadership skills in a professional services environment
Dynamic and flexible approach
