A leading financial services company is looking for a Manager Technology Risk & Business Resilience to be part of their second line risk management function.
Your new role
An exciting opportunity to join the Information Technology and Information Security teams of one of the leading finance services clients in Melbourne CBD. As a Manager, you’ll be focusing on first line management to ensure Business continuity, Information technology control testing and assurance, and Information security (Cyber) control testing and assurance and:
Lead and develop reviews of our various Tech and Cyber Risk and Resilience management systems including the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Crisis Management Plans and Business Continuity Framework.
Partnering with IT and Security teams to help them mitigate the risks, by developing recommendations to strengthen existing controls and processes
Leading a full range of assurance and advisory program from a second line perspective
Ensure compliance with the following APRA CPS234 prudential standards
What you'll need to succeed
As a Business Resilience and Assurance Manager, you will have a strong passion for GRC, along with:
A strong background in governance, Tech and Cyber Risk and controls and skilled in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies
Experience with Business Continuity planning, Control testing, CPS234
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you have expertise
