A few of your key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and Events at the new and exciting Wolf Blass Event Centre, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Manage a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service throughout all stages of event delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor event budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to ensure profitability and efficiency.
