About the organisation:
AccessEAP is an Australian owned provider with over 25 years experience assisting customer organisations across Australia and New Zealand. We partner with our customers to co-develop tailored programs to improve workplace mental health and wellbeing, in an increasingly changing and psychologically complex environment. As a registered charity, our surplus profits are distributed to community programs to support children’s welfare programs and indigenous children at risk through our Curran Access Children’s Foundation.
The role:
Reporting to the Director of Customer and Community Engagement, you will build and sustain the client and revenue base across all targeted segments within allocated regions by implementing sales and marketing initiatives that engage clients with the strategic value of EAP's services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and support the NSW and ACT team to deliver their KPIs and business outcomes.
Retain key customers, renew existing customer contracts, identify up-selling opportunities, and increase customer awareness of all services.
Gather insights and intelligence from the market on customer needs and competitor initiatives, identify innovative ways to improve business
Setting priorities, establishing objectives and milestones, estimating times, and scheduling activities, identifying and allocating resources.
Develop and implement sales initiatives for the region in line with overarching sales and marketing plans and budgets, completing responses to Request for Tenders, preparing contracts and supervising agreements with customers, raising the profile of AccessEAP in local markets through networking.
Build strong long-term partnerships with the existing client base, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLA's, account negotiation – including prices, rebates, and terms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
