About the Student and Parent Experience Directorate

The Student and Parent Experience (SPX) Directorate will be cross cutting, covering the entire education lifecycle (Early Childhood, Primary and High Schools and Vocational Education and Training) and include the function Experience Strategy and Design, Voice and Insights and Feedback and Complaints Resolution.

About the role

The Manager Data and Analysis sits within the Feedback and Complaints Resolution Team within the Student and Parent Experience (SPX) Directorate.
  • Prepare and draft all formal data requests for approval
  • Maintain Feedback and Complaints Resolution (FCS) dashboards, reports and related system integrations and function
  • Lead Feedback and Complaints Resolution (FCS) enhancement projects including identification of issues, enhancement design and system testing requirements
  • Liaise with all Salesforce DoE stakeholders to drive Feedback and Complaints Resolution (FCS) development and function
