The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) has diverse responsibilities for transport systems and services, infrastructure planning and provision within South Australia.

Duties
The Manager, Digital Channels is responsible for providing high level leadership to a team of staff. The role is accountable for leading and delivering on a range of initiatives across all digital platforms that contribute to improvement of customer information and experience.

This role leads the critical planning and development of best practice digital channel strategies or products and execution of that strategy to improve customer information and experience and is responsible for establishing, maintaining and leveraging strategic networks, internally and externally and delivering digital innovation programs/projects.

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing/IT or related discipline.

Customer centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness optimising customer journey across a variety of digital channels.

Special Conditions
The successful candidate will be required to provide a National Police Check and Working With Children Check prior to employment with the Department. Additional employment checks may be required relevant to the role being undertaken as outlined in the role statement.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

Tenure of Vacancy
Temporary appointment up to 8 months

MAS3 - $124,108 per annum
