In this role you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be part of a large team responsible for a range of strategic and operational human resources (HR) services at GV Health.
You will be heading up ER/IR and be responsible for setting the ER strategy and ensuring employee procedures and processes meet legislative and compliance requirements. The role leads a team of 1 Senior ER Consultant, 2 ER Consultants and 1 ER Advisor (3.8FTE). The service provision includes EBA interpretation and implementations, performance and change management, ER case management, advisory support and reporting. The role also leads special HR projects across the organisation.
In this role you will partner with and play a critical role in providing expert advice to the Executive and senior leaders on complex industrial relations and change matters and bring change and innovation through your work leading special projects that positively impact our people experience.
To be considered for this role you will:
Hold formal qualifications in Human Resources, or other related discipline.
Be able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering expert HR/ER services, as well as bespoke initiatives to meet identified organisational needs.
Have a proven track record fostering relationships with senior leaders and teams
