Lead a team that provides contemporary specialist knowledge, and advice on all aspects of work health and safety, well-being, workplace rehabilitation, workers compensation, and return to work
Model safe work and well-being practices, and be regarded as a trusted leader
Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or extensive workplace Safety, Wellbeing and Workers Compensation experience
Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive and Management team. This includes providing expert advice on identifying and forecasting risks, issues and opportunities in business decision making

Extensive experience and a record of success in driving proactive safety and well-being initiatives within a complex and fast changing organisation

Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated ability to act as a mentor, guide, and facilitator to other leaders, identifying and liaising with key stakeholders and authorities as needed
Proven ability to undertake analysis of key safety and well-being performance data, and to support the management of operational budgets, insurance premiums/budgets, individual claims costs and statistical and claims data.
