About the position
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager of Institutional Partnerships to join the Office of Future Students at Bond University. This newly created position will be responsible for nurturing existing institutional partnerships and forging new strategic partnerships with high-level institutions that support reputation, academic collaboration, and research. The role will also focus on building partnerships to sustain cohort-based student recruitment domestically and internationally.
The Manager, Institutional Partnerships position sits within a high-performing team working closely with key senior stakeholders across the University and reports to the Vice President, Future Students.
Key Accountabilities: As a key senior role within the Office of Future Students, the Manager, Institutional Partnerships will:
- Work closely with the Vice President, Future Students, to shape and implement institutional partnership and strategy objectives.
- Undertake analysis and provide advice on proposed domestic and international partnerships, including academic and research alignment with Bond's values and strategic objectives.
- Activate partnership recruitment opportunities through close alignment of key internal stakeholders, including domestic, international, and regional managers, and Study Abroad and Exchange Teams.
- Deliver an annual engagement plan with key partners to ensure positive ongoing relationship management.
- Oversee the administration of institutional partnerships, including business proposals, agreement management, adherence to policies and procedures, promotional needs, and reporting.
The successful candidate will have:
- A university degree in a relevant discipline and extensive experience developing and managing strategic partnerships that meet organisational objectives.
- Strong relationship management skills and experience negotiating cross-cultural partnerships and agreements.
- Experience developing competitive articulation and advanced standing arrangements, including policy and process oversight.
- Effective market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities for partnerships and relationships aligned with strategic goals.
- Demonstrable staff management experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate positively across key stakeholders.
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and be a catalyst for change.

The salary range for the position commences at $114,407.00 to $134,931.13 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum, and will be negotiated commensurate on skills and experience. Salary packaging options are available for eligible employees.
