About the Role
This position works closely with the Organisational Development Specialist to ensure organisational interventions will enable organisational capability uplift and continuous improvement.
About You
You will be responsible for the development and quality assurance of the Learning and Development function within Wesley Mission Queensland. This is a hands-on role working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including internal education facilitators, subject matter experts, external education providers, Directors and local managers, to develop and deliver quality contemporary Learning and Development solutions.
You will have:
Experience and success in managing the Learning and Development function in a complex, dynamic environmen
Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to project manage strategic and operational competing priorities with defined deliverables and timelines
Willingness to work across the WMQ footprint.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work
Learning and development experience within a Community Services, Aged Care and / or not for profit settings.
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent (desireable)
