Job description

Queensland Museum Rail Workshops holds a significant place in the hearts of locals and visitors alike. The Workshops Rail Museum is positioned to leverage the region's exceptional growth and evolution, continuing to own its role as a place for innovation, community, gathering, learning, and celebration.

The Manager, Programming and Engagement delivers on QM's strategic priorities by managing the operational development and delivery of creative public programs and events, schools and adult learning programs and resources for engagement with priority audiences. The role will develop and deliver an Engagement and Programming business plan, budget and program for priority audiences that inspires curiousity and Engagement online, onsite, and offsite.

Bringing your experience working in Programming and Engagement, you wll be a leader of influence, highly organised and think creatively to maximise impact by delivering transformational programs.
