We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager - Recruitment Operations to join our fast-paced and dynamic People Services and Support team. As the successful candidate, you will be a change-agent, providing leadership for strategic outcomes in a centralised recruitment function.
Reporting to the Deputy Director Strategic Recruitment and Payroll Systems, you will design, create, and direct hiring processes, provide strategic advice regarding recruitment and employment functions, and research and update recruitment procedures to ensure that recruitment processes reflect a broader hiring strategy.
Your exceptional collaboration skills will be essential to work closely with internal and external stakeholders in establishing hiring goals and leading your team to achieve them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, creating, and directing hiring & employment processes to ensure that recruitment & employment processes are efficient and effective.
Improving time-to-hire and communication with stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and using your change management skills to ensure contemporary practices are followed.
Anticipating industry trends, combating global talent shortages, and identifying how other external forces may affect DECYP.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
The completion of tertiary qualifications in a Human Resource Management or other relevant field, or a significant background in Human Resources Management.
Previous experience working in the government sector is an advantage.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
