We use our breadth and depth of healthcare domain knowledge, and technical expertise to help our healthcare clients envision, plan and execute technology-enabled clinical and operational transformations that make a demonstrable impact on patient and health consumer outcomes.
We are currently hiring Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture levels within our Digital Health Technology Strategy and Transformation practice in Sydney for the following areas of expertise:
Technology Strategy, Innovation, and Architecture
Enterprise Design and Design Thinking
Enterprise and Solution Architecture
Business Architecture including Business Process Mapping and Optimisation
Information and Integration Architecture
Application Architecture, Portfolio Management, and Rationalisation
Technical Infrastructure Architecture
Cloud Architecture
Emerging Technologies
What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager / Senior Manager – Enterprise Architecture within our Digital Health Technology Strategy and Transformation practice, you will provide exceptional client experiences leading teams in applying our methodologies to deliver our core services. As a leader and role model, expect to:
Build strong trusted client relationships through daily interaction with senior clients to deliver exceptional client experiences
Analyse and understand our client’s business problems to advise and apply innovative and practical solutions
Drive innovative designs for our clients
Lead teams to deliver services in line with expected quality and financial expectations
Foster and promote an environment of inclusion
Manage day-to-day management of your teams including their professional development
Consult with Deloitte leadership and broader Deloitte Health and broader network
Build out your area of expertise through the development of market eminence and internal coaching.

About the team
Our dynamic Digital Healthcare team sits as part of a connected national and global team. It is responsible for answering the most challenging client problems: how can Technology strategy enable a business to deliver outcomes; how do we select and design technology to enable health outcomes; how do we structure their enterprise and domain architecture functions; how to solve complex clinical, operational and technical problems; and how to execute technology-driven clinical-led transformations. By joining our team you gain access to a network of local and global health experts to answer our client’s problems and to grow you as a professional. Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You are someone with 8+ years of experience in a client-facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment, in one or more of the following areas:
Ability to translate health business challenges into practical technology capabilities and communicate how technology provides solutions
Experience delivering high-quality, creative and insightful technology advice
Experience and knowledge of health industry-leading technologies
Prior IT Advisory experience within a Consulting environment or context is highly desired
Demonstrable experience in mentoring and coaching a team of junior members
Experience managing clients, complex projects, driving business requirements gathering, managing scope, and client expectations
Experience managing senior stakeholders with strong written and verbal communications skills and possessing a thirst for knowledge whilst seeking out innovative solutions.
Passionate about IT Strategy, Innovation, Architecture, and Emerging Technologies
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing architecture governance including but not limited to solution architecture, enterprise architecture, framework customisation, and defining architecture principles and guardrails
Certification or experience applying TOGAF or other architecture methodologies (preferred)
Previous IT consulting experience is preferred but not essential. We will consider applicants with a background in health technology and architecture roles looking for a career change into consulting.
