YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a commercially astute Manager or Senior Manager to join our cohesive and high-performing Tax team in our buzzing, vibrant Brisbane office, working as part of a dedicated team to deliver integrated advice to private business owners, family groups and high net worth (HNW) clients that considers the unique dynamics of these businesses.

- Provide tailored technical income tax advice for private and HNW clients
- Client relationship management and assistance with compliance of related party loans, tax planning and structuring advice
- Manage tax compliance and governance frameworks for large client groups, including those that feature sizeable trusts
- Assist dynamic clients undertaking transactions
- Advise on business structuring and tax due diligence
- Advise on and address tax issues affecting cross-border investments and structures
- Assist with revenue office submissions, reviews and audits
- Provide tax advisory support to the wider Grant Thornton team and other professionals, including members of our Affinity network

Required
- Qualification(s) and / or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)
- Significant experience as a Senior Associate / Consultant, Assistant Manager or Manager in a professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate and present technical advice to a wide range of audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management, written and spoken communication skills, with an interest in developing strong client relationships
- A willingness and ability to provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members
