The Role
  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 8 - $102,582 to $116,115 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange or Wagga Wagga (other locations and/or flexible work arrangements considered)
As the Manager, Web Development, you will be responsible for managing a team of web development professionals and ensuring all web development and technical implementation of Charles Sturt's online environment supports the University Strategy and the Web Improvement Program. This includes assisting with and overseeing the development and implementation of Charles Sturt University's web templates, along with the development and review of web standards policies, procedures, and guidelines.

To be successful you will have:
  • A relevant degree or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • Proven people management and organisation skills and experience managing a team.
  • Proven ability in working with a variety of web programming languages and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative, innovative, accessible, and user-focused online experiences.
