• Restaurant Manager
• Assistant Manager
• Shift Supervisors

Key Duties include:

• Overseeing day to day operations
• Supervising back of house and/or front of house staff and processes
• Ensuring our staff are working with the customer as a priority
• Responsibility for your part in total guest satisfaction
• Overseeing and coordinating the training and development of the team
• Ensuring the restaurant is running in line with KPIs; financially (profitability), marketing, sales etc.
• Ensure labour costs are efficient
• Ensures the operations are always consistent with appropriate and fair business practices
• Assisting in the recruitment process
• Fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure a safe, clean and tidy work area is maintained

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience as a food & beverage leader in either/or both FOH & BOH operations
• Be a true people leader with a positive attitude
• Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation
• Be hard-working, energetic and organised
• Have motivation and be quality and customer service focused
• Be able to handle supervising busy times while remaining level headed
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have the ability to lead by example and work in a team
• Have experience in a busy café/restaurant environment
• Be flexible, with availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is advantageous
