Champagne Recruitment is seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join a well-respected organisation based in the North-Western suburbs of Adelaide.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Growth and Marketing Manager, assisting them with a variety of tasks including administrative duties, quoting, and event coordination. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, logistical, and clerical support to the Marketing Team.
- Compile and follow-up on quotations.
- Assist in networking and event planning.
- Measure and report on marketing campaigns, marketing initiatives, and SEO reports.
- Attend and support events, including out-of-business hours as required.
- Travel for events as necessary.
- Coordinate events, including risk assessments, attendee management, scheduling, and content creation support.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for data analysis and interpretation.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Marketing will be highly regarded
