A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the us at SURA! This is an exciting role, and reports into the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end coordination of all events attended by Longitude and Strata Unit Underwriters and assisting with broader AUB Group events where required. This includes event preparation, logistics, brand management, social media, communications, and the production of attendee certificates.
Some of the responsibilities of this role would include:
- Co-ordination and delivery of sponsorships and associated benefits.
- Assist in providing enhanced customer experience by conducting Quarterly Broker surveys. Analysis of results and assist in implementation of improvements where possible.
- Responsible for procuring collateral and marketing material that supports Longitude and Strata Unit Underwriters brand. Inventory control including merchandise stocktakes and maintaining up to date marketing material.
- Manage Longitude and Strata Unit Underwriters online presence by creating content and announcements for social media. Monitor and respond to feedback.
- Coordinate and monitor SEO with our external provider. Provide monthly performance reports to Management.
- Manage Longitude and Strata Unit Underwriters websites including content creation and document version control. Ability to project manage new website design and development.
- General Administration tasks – including but not limited to credit control and Strata admin support.
- Ensure all services are provided in a fair and ethical manner and compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, codes and Company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate for this role should ideally have a year or two experience in a similar capacity and is eager to further their career with a fantastic organisation!
The following experience would be highly favoured:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Business, InDesign and Outlook.
- Promote healthy company culture.
- Flexible and willing to work within an ever changing and expanding industry.
- Previous team assistant experience.
- Social media experience.
- Hospitality/Events co-ordination experience.
